Arlington Hills is a small quiet community located in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. It consist of approximately 76 town homes and is conveniently located near Route 114 and 15 South and also backs up to the police, fire and township building. Within the association is a small 5 acre open land park in which the association manages.
Its mission statement is to provide assistance in making the community a better place to live and raise a family and help find ways of increasing property values within the guidelines of the Association Bi-Laws.
The Associations primary responsibility is to require all homes to conform to the bi-laws set forth when the community was established, maintain grass cutting for all Association properties and open park land, and assist with snow removal on the side walks and driveways for snow depth levels greater then 3 inches.
